A= The most common reason for this would be the safety edge transmitter batteries need changing (these can be found on the bottom rail on your garage door). If your door doesn’t have one of these, we would need to investigate this issue.
If you do need to change the batteries then its worth checking the type as some are 3.6 Lithiam Batteries only!
A= This is potentially the lifting straps on the door that have been damaged/snapped and need replacing. There could be other issues causing this and would require investigation.
The remote batteries may need changing.
A= Check the power source to the door, has a fuse blown?
A= It’s likely you have bagged the curtain, and the straps may have broken. Also it means your door is not compliant with current legislation and needs an upgrade which we will quote for.
